75 year old Finnair was one of the oldest airlines in the world and this should be seen globally in everything the company did, flights, events and products. I was the secretary of the project and a member of the “Heavenly fare from the Kitchens of Finnair” writing team. Not only recipes but stories and pictures from the airline’s path dotted the pages.
