Who does and says what, where and why? We completely reorganised the Finnair Group communications function together with my colleagues. For who is the best expert other than those who do the work? Our scope handled all of Finnair internal, external and crisis communications:

- Global Media Relations and coordination of PR offices in 20 countries
- Production of internal and external bulletins and press releases
- Finnair Group Internet site and corporate blog.
- Intranet, staff magazine Okay and Friday newsletter
- Inflight magazine Blue Wings
- Crisis communications guidelines, training media spokesmen, camera practice and interviews
- Global media relations, press trips, new destination and product launches.
Kuka sanoo mitä, missä ja miksi? Miten kaikki organisoidaan? Saimme tehtäväksi uudelleenorganisoida Finnairin viestintätoiminnot. Keskustelimme ja dokumentoimme viikottaisessa palaverissa mitä ja miten asiat tulisi tehdä. Sillä kuka on parempi asiantuntija, kuin tekijä itse? Työmme kattoi kaiken Finnairin sisäisen ja ulkoisen viestinnän sekä kriisiviestinnän.
